i2 Education is one of the largest school groups in China with over 40 different campuses. If you take a look at their website www.re.i2education.com you will notice that it looks very professional, sadly their management and HR is not.
Let me share my personal experience with i2, I will not be mentioning the city or personal names.
I applied with the school in "x" City and I originally was in contact with Lady "x", I sent her all my documents as she asked and I heard nothing back, she did not reply to my emails or Wechat messages. Eventually she replied after I bugged her a few times. She had no interest to help me so she loaded me off to her assistant who dragged the process on even longer. The assistant submitted all my documents but stopped replying to me for about a whole month so I eventually told her to give me feedback or I will find another school, this seemed to grab their attention but it still took long. She eventually told me my application was denied by the Bureau despite me having a Bachelors degree and 2 years teaching experience, she could not give me a reason.
I wasted 3 months with this school and lots of money for the application process. I do not recommend i2 at all. Very unprofessional and unhelpful.
